revert 66c7bb4481aee595c211cd2626cfc2292dae7239 as glibc detect
memory corruption. But I cannot see anything wrong with it.
Even valgrind reports problems with this but at a totally different
section processRtpData. Ignore for now.
include path for ruby scripts, print out qsub line for dryrun
