Actually... The linked bug only lists arm64 for xenial, but this PR includes armhf. Looking at [1], armhf runs for this version (35.1) seem fine.

Do we really need to badtest xenial/armhf?

Yes I wanted to, because:

- this test was also affected by the same issue
- it started 'passing' again, as 'neutral', on April 14th
- until yesterday (April 24th) it was still showing as a regression in the Xenial excuses page.

I have removed the entry though - based on side-channel conversation, I agree we should keep this to the actual failing tests.

LP seems kaput again, the diff isn't regenerating, but nothing a local "git pull" cannot fix.
