Compatability check extended to see if the qt and/or gtk files of remote-torrent are installed. Core (command-only) package crashed on missing qt file.

The default package now contains the core files and a command line interface. The -qt package now only contains the qt related files and requires the default package. The -gtk package is an empty package for now.
