Enhanced the virtual folder treatment in various ways (Bug 807901).
- Rewrote the manual section with the name 'search folders' for interactive
virtual folders.
- Defined short-cut key bindings V a, V r, V ! etc. for frequently used
interactive selectors.
- Added entries to the "Virtual" menubar menu.
- Did some clean-up of vm-avirtual.el and added detail on its info page
(section 13.4).
