Contents look good, but IIUC this won't work! Sadly, the hint files are hard coded somewhere in britney so it's not so easy to actually add a new hint file and have that being supported (and actually it should be only limited to people in ubuntu-release).

Steve recommends just using existing hint files for that. For instance, when I need to add a hint, I put it int Steve's file (vorlon).
