I plan uploading the next glibc update right after 2.33-0ubuntu2 migrated to restore coverage of the glibc autopkgtest for other packages.

FYI like libseccomp glibc-statx-armhf also blocked chrony (fixed by now in 4.0-5ubuntu2).

Alex is now ready with a fixed libseccomp upload which I've just sponsored. So this hint soon isn't needed for libseccomp anymore, you should be able to trigger the tests against 2.5.1-1ubuntu1 in proposed (once the archive is unfrozen).
OTOH you are only hinting the old version, so if you need it to overall unblock things that should be fine form my POV.
