Fixed 2 bugs:
  * Line and derived classes weren't able to rotate (use Line.rotate())
  * Point had angle = 'radians' as default, should have been 'degrees'

Changed the documentation to include some references and added a centroid
(of type Point) calculation for the Polygon class.

Added some version number constants to the package in order for easier
retrieving from the setup.py script and other so I don't have to
manually update the numbers each time.

This is the first commit for Geo2D. This was actually part of zLand
(http://launchpad.net/zland) but I decided to move it to it's own
separate project since this is focused only on 2D geometry.
