publish-cves-to-website-api: adjust for endpoint breakage

In https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/ubuntu.com/commit/9b53929aef13e6da1cea589b3aae5f76ea1a116a
the redirections to the security website got more restrictive, breaking
cve updates. Work around/fix this by adjusting the endpoint used to
match.
