Make 'bzr bd --native' build a working package out-of-the-box.

To do this, run autogen.sh during the build, and add the necessary build-depends.
This should make it easier for new developers to pick up the package from bzr and work on it -
'bzr bd' will now work, rather than having to run debian/rules arch-build
