Prepared Makefile, make is now happily using it. The ./build script is no longer used, I made it instruct to use make.

Fixed bugs #1204842 and #1204852.
Added checking visibility of button in function WHBox::OnClicked.
Added checking if _main_widget is a nullptr before taking dereference in CDisplay::MainLoop.
