Implemented a Log Viewer for Developers

This patch implements a few things in order to create a usable in-app imap
log viewer:

Users in developer mode now have a switch available in the Developer Settings
to toggle whether or not they want the option to open the log viewer.

A HeaderButton was added to DekkoHeader to toggle opening and closing the log.

The log formats the imap messages for easy readability (Bold is reading from
file, Italic is writing to).

Whether or not the developer wanted to enable opening the log viewer is saved
and is kept persistent between sessions.
