Added support for configuration of per-host ipmi raw power control commands

92. By Robie Basak on 2012-07-04

Add setting exception for armadaxp precise

armadaxp on precise has an unusual location for the netboot image URLs,
so need a settings exception regular expression to manipulate it to the
right place.

Add setting exception maps

These allow defaults.yaml to specify arbitrary regular expression
replacements on settings after the keywords have been applied and the
settings expanded.

90. By Robie Basak on 2012-07-04

Add 'pk screen' command

89. By Robie Basak on 2012-07-04

Rename panda to omap4 or arm for consistency

Some stuff labelled panda was generic to arm, so change these

Since panda is no longer the only arm type supported by pandakit, it
must now be defined in local_setup.yaml.

88. By Robie Basak on 2012-07-04

Rename marvell to armadaxp for consistency

87. By Robie Basak on 2012-07-04

Finalise Calxeda Highbank support

Adjust armadaxp installer location for quantal

Remove suite requirement in preseed

cobbler sticks a suite=... in the kernel command line. It takes this
from the distro os_version field. It defaults to generic26. We don't
want this.

By using --os-version= on create, cobbler uses an empty field. It still
ends up supplying an empty suite= kernel command line, but this doesn't
seem to faze d-i.

This way, the preseed doesn't have to override the suite every time. The
installer will use whatever is default, which is what the installer
image used defaults to. Since pandakit fetches the correct installer
image, this means that we get the desired release installed every time.

Created an expert partman recipe to partition the panda disks as was described on the eilt mailing list
