Description of the change
This branch does nothing more than making Bazaar ignore all the new .cache folders and additionally unignoring the old (and nowadays unused) .evocache folders.

Looks good and can't possibly hurt the core BUT will test prior to approving and merging just because we should. Once tested I'll just do the merge because (a) it is incredibly easy and (b) no one else will play anyway :(
OT: I think I got bazaar working again. It will make new branches but keeps throwing an error on every branch I already have on this computer. Weird...
