Don't incorporate wx2.9 static libs into the CL packages.

This happens with fedora and openSUSE, where the wx rpms include both .so and .a libs. They static ones aren't needed for CL packages, but significantly increase their size.

Make configure detect the wx libs dir even when it's /usr/lib/

The current situation only works for more recent, multi-architecture distros. It fails e.g. for debian squeeze, so the wx2.9 libs don't get incorporated into the build.
