Remove oversize test
The oversize test is redundant, as the same checks are performed in
other places and the release team is notified daily by email. I spoke to
the release team about this and they agreed that they would handle the
oversize images and that filing bugs would just create additional noise
for them on this particular matter. We don't need to actively check for
this anymore.
