remove B09googletests hook for telephony-services

Description of the Change

The googletests hook was causing a failure with telephony tests and is unnecessary. Francis kicked off a job to test without it here: http://s-jenkins.ubuntu-ci:8080/job/telephony-service-vivid-amd64-ci/110/ which passes and still produces coverage data.
