FIX: get the old calling convention for MidiScriptEngine::connectControl to work.

  * Assign the ConfigKey to the MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection
    used to find the connection to disconnect for the old calling convention.
  * Eliminate the MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection constructor.
  * Compare the ConfigKey in MidiScriptEngineControllerConnection for the
    equals operator.

Make engine.connectControl closure compatible. The new code is compatible with the old invokation method but now returns a connection object to javascript which can be used to disconnect connections to anonymous functions.
