 Modified to only strip attributes from HTML elements so that similar attributes on custom elements will be spared.

 Modified script to return error codes so that its clients know when to quit.
* win-xsl.vim
 Almost completely rewritten to be oriented around variables rather than buffers. This initially stemmed from uuidgen not being installed on my system, but grew to cover many other cases where the external calls fail with errors.

* add-useful-ns.xsl: Commented out XHTML since it's currently superfluous.
* html-emulateie7.xsl: Adds X-UA-Compatible meta element if necessary.
* html-unpry.xsl: Allows empty elements to contain XSL/XSLish elements.
* script-cdata.xsl: Causes scripts to be expressed in CDATA blocks.
* strip-useless-attributes.xsl: Fixed typo.
* winvimrc: Updated for addition of html-emulateie7. Changed share XSLT run order to run some transforms before the xmllint pass and some after. Defaults to UTF-8.
