Extended the output hacks on pk2dft to include all of its output files, and fixed a problem with its escape handling. All of its outputs currently validate according to validate-json.pl (included). The program would not be able to accept the same files as input, but we're not using that functionality here.

Added tool to structure the distinction between operator and operands.
The Makefile runs the tool on all scripts and combines them into a single JSON array.
