Update run times for ISO jobs

After a discussion with slangasek and mwhudson we decided to hardcode
the run times after discovering that the live-server ISOs were running
23 hours after publication. This is almost the worst possible time for
them to run.

Add ability to test ISO directly and test edge snap

The live-server ISO has the ability to test the latest installer as it
is installed via a snap. This will create that ISO and then test it.

As a part of this, the run-iso-test.sh script now has the ability to be
handed an ISO to test directly versus being told what variant, arch,
and release.
