Resolved valgrind warnings in the I_S plugin.

Apparently, the db member of the Session class has changed from const char *
to std::string so I had to adjust some code in the I_S plugin because of
that.

Removed the info_schema_methods files and created a helper_methods header
and implementation file instead. All I_S tables are now split out into
individual header and implementation files.
