rsyslog.d config snippet

Add rsyslog.d config snipped to create a /dev/log syslog socket in the
postfix chroot. Also, add a note about other syslog daemons to
README.Debian.

local file descriptor leak with 2.6 kernels and epoll.

Postfix 2.4 and later, on Linux kernel 2.6, leaks an internal file
descriptor when it executes non-Postfix commands. With this, a local
user can implement a denial of service attack on Postfix. There is
no breach of email confidentiality or integrity.

Add postfix-add-{filter,policy} scripts for easier integration of same.

* Add postfix-add-filter script to automate addition of a general filter
  service and smtpd service to master.cf for easier integration of content
  filters such as amavisd-new, clamsmtp, or smtpprox (LP: #247332)
* Add postfix-add-policy script to automate addition of a general policy
  service to master.cf for easier integration of policy servers such as
  postgrey or postfix-policyd-spf-perl
* Add postfix-add-filter.1 and postfix-add-policy.1 to document use of
  these new scripts
* Updated debian/copyright to cover the new files
