Override kernel-yocto configme and configcheck task

The kernel_configme task was using the defconfig generated by
linux-ubuntu-xlnx as a config fragment instead of as the final .config
leading to the wrong final configs on the system. There is no need to
run kernel_configme at all. kernel_configcheck expects config fragments
to work properly so this is also disabled.
