Add AUTHORS file

Simple addition of an "AUTHORS" file, thanking those who have contributed to the application over the years. Please keep up to date when new contributors are identified.

I think this file should also include names of people who contributed to the old clock app branch [1] . Looking at the copyright file [2] I see some names that are missing for instance like Paolo Rotolo, Omer Akram etc.
