Created a new UpgradeCode for 5.6 Windows MSIs with a hardcoded rule to
check for 5.6.0 - 5.6.6 installations and remove them before installation. The
hardcoded rule is only valid for 5.6 msis and all new versions should have a unique
UpgradeCode.
