Added a TAR library so that we can load and save satan project files. Also added a bunch of wav files to get more sounds to start with. Also added an example directory which is intended to store example projects. To be compatible with the other versions of satan the android audio machine must be worked into a dynamic machine, this is not yet finished so currently the source is broken... time to sleep.

The apk now includes all svg, dynlib descriptor files and dynlib libraries. These are then automatically installed on the target. Also, a progress bar is shown when the application is loading.

we now build dynlib properly, and PrepTarget copies all dynamic machines to dynlib directory on target.

Oops, I forgot to setup the default MIDI signal properties... buffer lengths must be equal.. so, now sound actually works.. though, in the emulator at least you get a lot of latency.. :-(
