Adding --toggle (-t) to toggle between --hide and --show.

There was actually already a prototype for xpad_pad_group_toggle_hide in xpad-pad-group.c, so I just went ahead an implemented it.

I also updated the man page and the NEWS.

The way I've been using it is by putting these two lines in my .xbindkeysrc

"/home/pi/tmp/local/bin/xpad -t"
    F12

As an added bonus - it's easy to make one (or more) notes stand out - show all, close only the notes you want to see - and then toggle to only see those notes.
