Commit Message

* Rebuild against cmake 3.6
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8 (no changes necessary)

Description of the Change

This is essentially a minimally intrusive MP to rebuild compiz in zesty.
compiz-dev ships /usr/share/cmake-3.5/FindCompiz.cmake and other cmake plugins,
and since cmake is 3.6 in zesty now this needs to be rebuilt against current
cmake to unbreak unity builds.
