Change: 22.04/UC20 TPM test plans use tpm-cert-focal-automated

After updating the tpm-cert-automated nested part for Ubuntu 22.04 and
Ubuntu Core 22, it does not contain tpm2-tools related nested part
anymore. In order to keep tests the same on Ubuntu 20.04 and Ubuntu Core
20, a new test plan (tpm-cert-focal-automated) was created that retains
the tpm2-tools test cases.

Remove: xorg jobs from graphics test plans

Ubuntu 22.04 uses Wayland by default, so calling xorg-related jobs
generated failed results. In addition, these xorg jobs do not provide
useful information.
