Change: Remove calls to manual suspend jobs in test plans still using it

Now that no jobs depend on the manual suspend job
(suspend/suspend_advanced), it can be removed from all the test plans
where it was still present.

The automated version of it (suspend/suspend_advanced_auto) is
automatically brought in thanks to job dependencies (all the jobs
requiring suspend are now based on suspend/suspend_advanced_auto instead
of suspend/suspend_advanced)
