Remove: xrandr.py and contrib package

Following an update in plainbox-provider-checkbox, this contrib package
is not used anymore. Moreover, with the introduction of Wayland as the
default compositor for newer versions of Ubuntu (22.04+), the results
provided by this package might be wrong.

Since the contrib package does not contain anything else, it is removed
entirely.

Change:fwts_test: remove `.log` extension from fwts argument

Removing the log extension in commit d1a4fd broke the output of fwts
command, since fwts automatically adds `.log` to the name given.

For this command, it is required to remove the `.log` extension from our
argument before passing it to the fwts command.

Change:fwts_test: print content of log file

The information contained in the log file is very useful for debugging,
yet it is currently buried in the submission archive.

In addition to saving the information in the log file, this commit
appends the content of the log file to the summary.

This approach was chosen because it will benefit all the Checkbox jobs
calling fwts_test.

Update FWTS tests using HWE recommendations

Following HWE recommendations, we decided to update our fwts test script to
split only between HWE and QA ("Recommended") tests.

The options to launch the script have been updated accordingly.
