Fix Launchpad build

As explained in LP #1864589, local build work, but Launchpad builds
fail, probably due to a problem in Snapcraft.

Using this as a workaround for the time being.

Switch from `urwid` PyPI package to `python3-urwid` Debian package

urwid 2.1.0 was recently released, introducing a bug [1] that prevents
qabro from running.

Switching to the python3-urwid Debian package which is currently v2.0.1
and does not contain this issue.

Add sosreport patches, plugins provided by OEM engineering team

Add last checkbox session (if it exists) to any bug submitted

Until now, the last checkbox session was attached to the bug report only
if the user was filing a bug under the Checkbox category (i.e. using
`checkbox` tag).

Engineering team would like this information to be added no matter what
kind of bug is raised, because the Checkbox jobs output can be useful to
debug problems found during testing.
