Simplified the shared breadcrumb code and templates, and added to other views

The last crumb of the branch breadcrumbs is no longer a link.

The main concern with this change is that in order to make the breadcrumbs work for the annotate view, and inventory object needed to be created in order to obtain the crumb directories' file_ids.

Added branch path breadcrumbs to the files view

This works in all cases except for when loggerhead is serving a branch in its
root directory. In that case, the (root) link need to not appear, since it
is superfluous.

Added breadcrumb links to the directory browser

This required moving the breadcrumb css class to global.css since it is now
used from more than one location.

Styled up the breadcrumbs in the file view

It now looks identical to how it looked before. The list had to be removed
because I could not get it to render inline, so it now uses simpler spans.
They have to be on the same line to get the whitespace to look correct.
