Improve status cache updates on ignored file modification
We need to add special handling for resources inside ignored directories. When "bzr status" is invoked with a path to a resource inside an ignored directory the resource is listed as unknown. To work around the issue we check traverse all the parents and check if any of them is ignored before running "bzr status".
