Merge lp:~piastucki/bzr-java-lib/progress-monitor
This commit introduces a simple polling mechanism and progress reporting callback.
bzr-java-lib will try to send a request to a separate XMLRPC server every 250ms and get the progress of the given command.
Commands are identified by their SHA-1 hash codes which are calculated based on the arguments.
