Fixed revison to be a hard-coded value from "hg id -n" on the
Firestorm-4.5.1 branch. This will prevent the warning on startup.
Releasing the first packaged version at lp.

* The viewer_manifest.py script must be run under the src folder, not the
build folder (WORKING_DIRECTORY in cmake).
* Took out tarball build in viewer_manifest.py.

Now looking for jsoncpp include files correctly, so long as you use the
libjsoncpp-firestorm-dev package.

* Added top-level cmake link into indra/cmake..
