Filter out account services which belong to other webapps

If several webapps are registered for the same account provider (e.g., for Google, one might have both the GMain and the Google Calendar webapps installed), we must inform the accounts model of which accounts we are interested in. In order to do that, the "applicationId" property must be set on the model.
