Update more info formulas to use @example instead of @math

For the formulas that used @math, use @example to make them
displayed. This looks better in the info docs instead of having the
formula left-justified. Kind of matches how the formulas are
displayed in html and TeX too.

Add formula and links for some constants

Add links for e, and %gamma.

Clean up existing formula for %phi to display nicely in html and TeX.

Give a definition of %gamma.

Ooops. It should be Constants.texi.m4, not Constant.texi.m4.

Renamed file to the wrong name. Fix it.

Rename Constants.texi to Constants.texi.m4

First step at adding some nice formulas for the constants.

Use italics for the random distribution function names.

I think it's easier to see the name of the distribution if it's in
italics instead of Roman. Plus, it kind of matches what used to
happen when the names were placed in @math{}.

Update pdf_negative_binomial with equivalent formula.

The pdf has some gamma and factorial functions. Replace it with the
equivalent binomial coefficient which looks nicer to me and seems to
better reflect the pdf.

Add intro sections for most discrete distributions

Didn't add an intro for the general discrete distribution.

Fixed a typo in m4_NegativeBinomial_RV which takes 2 args, not 1.
