A try to resolve a few errors.

Tried to stomp a few errors.

All the files that had never been added to the german translation.

Clean up after updating the translations.

Seems like producing a german pdf isn't possible, currently.

Updated the german translation source.

Compiles now. But produces loads of errors.

With a bit of luck what we need now is a working include-maxima.de.tex.

...and we can clean up the warnings.

A try to update the outdated untranslated documentation files.

Actually updates many files. But some manual cleanup is necessary
in order to make the manual compile again.

Keep to the naming rules.
