Disabling ECL again: As expected the testbench still fails with ECL.

Enabling ECL again: We changed something in the test process.

I would be surprised if the test failures now have magically
disappeared. But it costs only little to try...

Revert enabling ECL:

Changing MAXIMA_USERDIR didn't help avoiding the testbench failures.
As the same errors have occurred as the last time but this time
in different configurations I still guess maxima/ecl is using
uninitialized memory somewhere.

Found another possible reason for ecl causing problems on the build server.

Seems like we specified a relative path for MAXIMA_USERDIR.
...and maxima adds a leading "/" to it causing a directory to be used
that isn't writeable.
