Port Yasufumi maintaining patches to 5.1.50:
show_engines.patch is merged into innodb_fix_misc.patch.

stop all tricks to keep not to work autotools,
because there are no danger to lose some engine by autotool now.
And the tricks are always broken by Oleg...
, Recover also misc broken parts by him... it is need for reviewing patches.

Please pass my review if change the patches.
He alweays changes too much.
Please make the chenges minumum for the patch files.
Because I must check based on the difference.

Tail 1 line of mysql-syslog.patch seemed to be lost. Added blank line.
Please make exact patch. It could not use concat with other patches.
