  * MAJOR CHANGE: added the use of the -r command
        Rebuilds and produces chroot as squashfs after chroot edit edit
        (all checks have been added to support the option
        checking if directoryies exist and removal of existing squashfs
        also rebuilds kernels and makes list of kernels in kernels.list)
