Handle all cases where the input to set_orientation() is parallel to the
current orientation.

The case where the input is parallel but not equal to the current orientation
is ambiguous; we choose to resolve this ambiguity by always choosing the the
solution (there are two) where the object's Z axis is left untouched.

Fix OpenGL context handling in Wine/Windows.

For some mysterious reason, GNU/Linux (with Intel drivers) and Wine/Windows
requires different code to setup/validate the OpenGL context. It's all very
shady business.
