Add 00git_brightness_applet_build_{1,2}.patch and
00git_inhibit_applet_build.patch: Re-enable deprecated GDK functions
(still used by those applets), and add missing include. This fixes
implicit pointer conversions which cause FTBFS on 64 bit arches on the
buildds.
