d/rules: fix FTFBS with gcc-10 + glibc 2.32

As discussed https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=96832
this is actually a false positive due to gcc-10 + glibc 2.32.
To avoid changing behavior when we follow the recommendation of
getcwd(0, 0) we disable this warning for now until upstream
has adapted the code as eventually needed.
