d/t/control: restrict more tests to avoid badpkg failures on e.g. s390x

It worked for the fasttest
  test-fastsuite SKIP Test lists explicitly supported architectures,
                       but the current architecture s390x isn't listed.

But the initscript/linkage tests still are tried to be run but break
on s390x.

  test-initscripts FAIL badpkg
  test-linkage FAIL badpkg

Define explicitly supported architectures for these tests as well.
