tests/data/*: add back test data lost on 243ubuntu1

This was lost at build time due to an interaction of being a native
package (full tarball is built from source) and the default
do-not-include options set at dpkg-buildpackage as needed by some
other builds. In particular -I leading to dpkg-source stripping the
.a and .o files which were exactly those that were lost.

Adding them back as-is from pkg/debian/sid as it should have been
in the first place and rebuilding with that in mind.
