* Added missing silkscreen to BR-DFM and BR-DFS,
* Corrected pin shapes on some LEDs that went
  unnoticed due to rsync(1) confusion :-(,
* VRML files must have their own mtime (instead of inheriting the parts
  timestamp), to avoid confusing rsync(1) when the size of a modified .wrl
  file is unchanged (rsync is run w/o -c/--checksum option 4 speed :-),
* Added timing statistics to pcblibs.

Various bugfixes:
  DB/DSUB mounting pad size increased to 7.4mm,
  SMD Alu Electrolytes (C-AEC-*): Corrected SMD pad size and positions,
  LED silkscreen and 3D house rotated 180deg,
  SOD523 had colliding pads.
Added perl/README.perl (a quick and very incomplete perl tutorial)
and perl/README.pcblibs (pcblibs code structure overview).
