Modified microslow patch for backwards compatibility also in
SET [GLOBAL|SESSION].long_query_time = N
and SET @@long_query_time = N
Adjusted to microseconds if <600 (10 minutes in old granularity)

Fixup mirror_binlog patch to take HAVE_REPLICATION into account;
this generally happens in libmysqld (embedded server library) build, which Debian/Ubuntu do.
Note: doesn't mean that libmysql will be ok, just means it won't break on build.
Refresh other patches for changed file offsets (mainly in mysqld.cc)
