- Changed the describe_image_attribute method to be a dispatcher.
- Added method calls for each of the possible attributes (the reason being that
  each attribute response has a differnt XML structure and each requires its
  own parser).

Fix a logic problem in describe_security_groups, where the allowed IPs
were reported for allowed groups (with ranges from 0-65535 for all protocols).
We now filter those permissions and only report the group [r=oubiwann]
